“Awesome experience, quick wrappings and moving, good conversation”
Cole Rowe here, running the crews at Rowes Moving Pensacola. Everyone underestimates the packing. One kitchen alone can devour a weekend nobody set aside for it. That’s why we treat boxing as a job of its own rather than tacking it onto the truck day. Emerald Coast households have trusted us with it since 2011.
Materials are on us
Closets get wardrobe cartons, glassware gets clean unprinted paper, and everything else gets boxes and tape — none of it charged separately. You don’t run to the hardware store, and we don’t tack supplies onto the bill. Marcus Ordonez captains the fragile and heavy items and builds crates for anything a normal box can’t hold. A standard pack takes on:
- Kitchens and pantries, stemware through to the spice rack
- Art, mirrors, china, and framed pieces, crated as each item calls for
- Wardrobes hung on rails so the clothes never leave their hangers
- Books, vinyl, and the odd built-in no off-the-shelf carton was made for

Hire us for the entire house or a single room — flag the china hutch and the pantry, keep the bedrooms for yourself, and we only price what you hand us. Materials are covered, and cargo coverage up to $1,000,000 kicks in the second your things pass into our care.
Coastal wrapping and heirloom glass
The fragile side carries a Gulf Coast wrinkle. Marcus wraps against salt air and damp so nothing shows up dulled or clammy, and through hurricane season he adds padding and tarps for anything caught by a storm-shifted date. The old East Hill homes hide built-ins and heirloom glass; the Gulf Breeze houses are pure square footage. Both fall to one crew that maps out the plan as we walk the rooms together.
Pack today, load tomorrow
There’s no rule that packing waits for move morning. Many families book us for a weeknight so the Saturday truck day stays calm, and that evening pack doesn’t lift the total. Once it’s taped up, local moving takes the cross-town leg while long-distance moving handles the out-of-state haul. Cartons sitting a while? Short-term storage watches over them until you’re ready. For a figure, feed it to the moving calculator.
